The HIV Prevention and Care Council (HPCC) is an advisory group to HIV/AIDS service providers and a forum for discussion of community concerns for those infected by HIV/AIDS in Santa Barbara County. The HPCC is made up of representatives from: Santa Barbara County Public Health Department, community agencies, public service providers, educators, those affected and infected with HIV, and interested private citizens.
