Perinatal Outreach Education Program (POE)

Through outreach, education and case coordination the Perinatal Outreach Education Program attempts to reduce risk factors for pregnant women, such as smoking, substance abuse, poor nutrition, family violence and adolescent pregnancy. Services offered thourgh Public Health Nursing.
