Note: Proof of non-profit status is required and may be obtained through the State Franchise Tax Board by qualifying for a "Letter of Determinatin of Non-Profit Status". The fee exemption applies to non-profit entities holding fun-raising events that are three days or less in duration.
Bottled water, sodas, juices, beer and wine must be from approved commercial sources with proper labeling and packing. The State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control's approval/license is required for the sale of beer and/or wine.
